Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Quantum Protection Security Services LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Authorized Use

You may only use our penetration testing services against systems you own or have explicit written authorization to test. Unauthorized testing of third-party systems is strictly prohibited and may violate applicable laws.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance when possible.

Limitation of Liability

Quantum Protection Security Services LLC provides security assessments on a best-effort basis. We are not liable for any damages resulting from vulnerabilities that are not detected during our assessments, or for any actions taken based on our reports.

Confidentiality

All scan results, reports, and findings are confidential. We will not disclose your security assessment data to any third party without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
